Bill of materials is part of every Rivett plan — define product structures, check material availability, and build, up to your plan's product allowance. Purchase orders, sales orders and vendor management are in development: Pro and Business will include each one as it ships, at no extra cost, and on Solo and Hobby you'll add only the ones you need. Anything that needs integration work from us is quoted separately.

Still Stuck? hello@rivett.ioMost shops are tracking real parts within an afternoon. Import your CSV, confirm the column mapping, print bin labels if you want them. There is no onboarding call unless you ask for one.
Yes. Export it as CSV and drop it in. Rivett reads your headers and maps part number, description, on-hand and location automatically. You confirm or correct, then import.
No. The camera on any phone from the last several years is the scanner. If you already own USB or Bluetooth scanners, those work too.
Nothing disappears. You pick a plan or your account goes read-only, and your data stays exportable either way. We do not require a card to start.
Encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up nightly, and exportable to CSV any day you want it. No lock-in clause, no export fee.
Bill of materials is included with every plan — Solo covers 5 products, Hobby covers 10, and Pro and above are unlimited. The upcoming modules — purchase orders, sales orders, and vendor management — will be included with Pro and above when they ship, and priced individually on Solo and Hobby so you only pay for what you turn on. The one exception is work we have to do by hand for you, like a custom integration into another system, which we quote separately.
It can, but never quietly. If we change what a plan costs, you get at least 60 days' notice by email before it applies to you, and your current term finishes at the price you are already paying. There is no lock-in term, so if a new price does not work for you, export your data and leave. No exit fee.
